    Character pics EliseDaganogeda

Elise Daganogeda is the daughter of Brandon and Angel Daganogeda and the oldest in a family of five kids. She is a wonderful person with a huge heart, outgoing personality and gentle soul who is always willing to lend a hand to help, a shoulder to cry on or simply just be there to listen to others. She is a gentle spirit who loves her family deeply, especially her dad and shares a deep, unique bond with her younger sister, Noquisi. Elise also deeply loves her massive, extended family with all that she is, each family having a special place within her heart but like her mom, she shares a deep, spiritual connection with the leader of their group of meta beings and owner of Three Feathers Farm (aka The Ranch)Odanuda Daganogeda, whom is also her grandmother. Two of her best family friends are the unearthly beautiful daughter of Marik and Cheyenne Dorith, Sacnite and the very dark skinned, handsome half Swahili son of Grana and Nebele Kerchenko, Shaka.

Sacnite, in many ways is like Elise; kind in heart, loving in spirit, her beautiful mind surpassed only by her incredible physical beauty. Sacnite is a small reason why Elise became a good person. Shaka is a strapping young lad of eighteen. He is handsome, well mannered, in peek physical condition with a strong, muscular body with brilliant green eyes which set of his handsome looks. Elise has developed strong feelings for this strapping young lad and he full well knows it and being good spirited with a penchant for good natured teasing, so he does with Elise. But he has strong feeling for her as well and more often than not, his good natured banter and razzing of her usually leaves him in humorous awkwardness just as much as Elise. It is only a matter of time, though they both know it, that they finally and openly express their feelings for each other.

If one were to see Elise now, one would think that she has always been a good, kind hearted person who puts the thoughts and feelings of others before her own. But one would be wrong on this account. As a child, Elise was no different than any of the other children growing up on the Ranch. She was loved by her parents, worked hard in school, helped out around the house and had her share of bickering, arguing fights and disagreements with siblings and others like each and everyone of the children on the Ranch. Not long after hitting puberty at the age of thirteen, her attitude, demeanor and personality changed. Elise became a mean, callous and uncaring individual, spending her time bullying and pushing her siblings and other children around. Her work in school declined becoming a student who was sent home on a regular basis due to her bullying and bad attitude while at home, the situation was no different. Her favorite past time was giving her younger sister, Noquisi, a weekly beating be it physical or mental which always left the young girl in tears.

Numerous, passive forms of punishment were applied to Elise, who simply shrugged them off as being a nuisance much like the parents applying the punishment. She dealt with groundings, a heavier work load, many hours of talks, scolding and whatever other methods her parents chose to deal with her. For three years, her own family and her extended family put up with Elise, dealing with her poor attitude, mean and bullying ways as best they could. Though Elise did, in some ways, have a reign of terror, she had not been untouchable and many times has she spent days and weeks recovering from cuts and bruises gained from a failed bullying attempt but failures such as these, never slowed her down. It was times like these which offered a reprieve to everyone else.

But the heavier hand of punishment had always been stayed by Odanuda. Though everyone accepted her reasoning and abided by her wishes, many could not understand why Oda did not allow a much severer form of punishment. Oda knew full well the thoughts of everyone on the Ranch. Being a telepath made her privy to the unguarded feelings and emotions of everyone here but she believed that this was a necessary faze for Elise, that though the young woman was causing pain and hardship for everyone around her, it was a path Elise needed to walk. Though many thought or even believed that Oda was wrong, they knew well enough to trust in Oda's words and spent the next three years persevering through Elise's time of growth. Little did anyone, save Oda and her own parents, realize just how much of a change Elise would go through, becoming the diametrically opposite of who she currently was becoming a person nobody would expect.

    June 04, 2007

It was that time of week again! Elise had her sister Noquisi by the scruff of the neck, pinned up against the barn wall, her grip tight that Noquisi's collar was constricting her breathing. Blood trickled from her nose, a huge bruise was forming over her left eye, her lips were cracked, broken and swollen from being punched in the mouth numerous times. Her face was sore, her stomach hurt and various other parts of her body ached from Elise's assault. She wanted nothing more then to have it done and over with, so she could go back to her room, heal up and cry it off.

Elise looses another punch into her sister's face, stunning her. Noquisi gasps, slurred words begging to be let go, pleading to be released but her gaze only becoming far more blurred as Elise punches her again. Noquisi feels another warm stream of blood trickle down her mouth, knowing that another wound had been opened. Noquisi loved her sister dearly, despite the last three years of abuse Elise had made her privy to and though Noquisi had tried to fight back, to defend herself, Elise always managed to gain the upper hand and why not? From the moment all the kids began their training at four years of age, Elise had proved quite adept at various of hand to hand combat, learning quickly everything she was shown. Over the years as they grew, Elise was only ever bested by three others but just barely. Those who could best her, barely did so, having to pull on every skill and ability they had to defeat her. Everyone knew and acknowledged Elise's skills and abilities, everyone respecting her savvy and intelligence in one on one duels.

Being a meta or a possible meta netted the need to train each new child, prepping them for the day that they may develop powers and abilities of their own.
