History
Most of Sam’s history is classified ,but he was born in Reflex city US side and grew up there. He joined the Army and quickly gained rank. After being volunteered by his commanding officer for a secret program , most of his life is top secret. Later Sam was loaned out to the UN as an liaison to the Ranch, where he resides today.
Personality
Sam loves his women and loves to drink, just in that order. Aside the fact of being a letch he can be counted on to get the job done no matter what.
