Siphon Carnaxy

Siphon was a part of the Delegation sent by Formosia to explore and learn about the world outside. Her home land being under water she has adapted to living below over the years; Her skin lacking vitamin D has turned an odd pale blue, and she has gills on her sides - just below her lungs. Aside from that she looks for the most part human, but she lacks the ability to stay on land for more then a couple days. She can speak with most aquatic life, and manipulate water. A total of seventy two hours before she would die from the lack of water. Siphon is very secretive about her past - especially regarding prior to coming to land. She often wearing an odd water like liquid suit over what ever else she may wear.

Her water manipulation is limited, at most she can move a generic bath tub worth of water at any one time (200 liters). Changing it between it's forms as she moves it, but it takes a minute to gain control over every liter.
