Dr. Cornelius Archibald Yakamoti

Dr C. A. Yakamoti is the governor and overseer of Ravens Croft Penitentiary located on a small island in Bayou Bay.
It is his role to assess the mental capacity of certain prison inmates, which he studies and evaluates.
Dr Yakamoti meanwhile has personally set up a program to help with the rehabilitation and integration of criminals back into civilized society.
He has written numerous books on the subject and calls his program ‘’New Ways of Life’’.
Along with this he owns and runs his own special private practice called Dr C. A. Rotwang Psychiatry Clinic which can only be accessed via appointment only.

The Albion
The Albion is a night club that caters to the Magical ,Meta and Supernatural community at large, all are welcome but you must follow the rules of the club.
Owners: Darrion Esoteric and Vahlda Dantori
Location: Midtown
The Rules
1. All are welcome , The Albion is Neutral ground and will be treated as such.
2. All feeding and hunting are prohibited on the premises.
3. The use of powers in the club is strictly prohibited.
4. All Individuals on the current wanted list will respect the right of the club to disallow them entrance into the club.
5. All weapons will be checked at the door and returned upon exiting.
6. There is no dress code but clothing is not optinal.
7. If any of the rules are broken the punishment will be swift and severe.
OOC: All of the doors leading into The Albion are covered in runes of detection and protection. All magic users will feel this as they walk through the door as if a silk scarf is being passed over their body. They will also notice that their magic is diminished while inside the club. All supernatural Folk will feel the same reduction in their powers as the magic users. All Meta Humans upon entering the club will have their identity and orientation of powers registered with club security. If weapons are not declared the offender will be teleported out into the club parking lot minus the weapon. Just remember if you don’t start any trouble there won’t be any trouble ……lol

The Red Feather Club
Location: Uper Midtown
City Centre 5 - Two Stories
The Red Feather Club is a ritzy night club in Uper Midtown; it has a no weapons policy to all customers wishing to frequent the club.
The Red Feather Club caters for the elite and well to do member of Reflex City by invitation only.
The Club is large and spacious with two floors; The First Floor has its own retractable stage for performances and a place for the audience to sit at tables (often dining or drinking) to be able to view and wach performances on the stage.
The Main entrance has two large ornate double doors with the clubs logo set upon it.
Just inside the main entrance there is a cloakroom area for people’s coats; hear also people sign in to the club by special electronic Red Feathers, which have an electronic code down the quill.
Adjoining the cloakroom is a small security room.
Inside this small security room are 4 monitors linked up to 4 security cameras.
Two of these cover the club floor itself and the entrance.
As customers get further into the club they shall see a long half moon shaped curved bar situated to the top left inside the club.
Large dance floor with two cages for cage dancers, close too and in between these cages is a central raised platform and stand for DJ.
Just behind this off to the far left and right are also two table dancer platforms.
Further on on the far right is the private VIP area.
This is approached by a set of stairs onto a raised concrete platform of sorts; it has on the right-hand wall a large glass viewing frontage to look down onto the dance floor.
There are two table dancer platforms along with tables and seating area, also there are two private rooms off to the left.
Towards the back of the VIP area is a small private office, inside this room is a desk, a wall safe with a Tumbler Lock, a leather couch and three leather chairs, (one leather swivel chair behind the desk).
On the desk there is space for a laptop (when there is one) a Security monitor,
The office door has a control on the lock to enable to buzz someone in and also lock them in if needed, this is accessible by a mechanism built onto the desk.
On the far left of the night club is a set of stairs which lead to a pent house suite where special clients can be more privately entertained.
The Penthouse is very plush and luxurious; is has a central living area which seeps out onto a balcony with a stunning view of Reflex City.
There are four bedrooms and bathroom that lead off the central area.
The Club is protected by sophisticated security system as well as a few guards who are all Meta beings of a sort.
Little does the owner of the Red Feather Club know; the building is owned by the Blood Knights.
