Ravens Croft Penitentiary

Ravens Croft Penitentiary is located on a small island in Bayou Bay and is accessible via a land bridge at low tide; as well as by boat.

The penitentiary sits atop a large steep rocky outcrop; the clefts in the outcrops around the edge of the facility itself are inhabited by a large flock of ravens.

He has written numerous books on the subject and calls his program ‘’New Ways of Life’’, which has received varying degrees of criticism but on the same hand has been viewed in the media as a groundbreaking achievement.

The New Ways of Life Program is supported by certain organizations that have a vested interest in seeing rehabilitated Metas integrated back into society, as well as being personally endorsed by Odanuda Daganogeda of The Ranch.

To date, C.A. Rotwang's program has met with a satisfying, though not unexpected success rate of just under eighty percent. When asked about the failure margin, Mr. Rotwang simply points out the fact that, not all things in life are sure things and if they were, civilization would be good, life would be great and there would be no crime at all.

"Come up with a better program which can successfully help one hundred percent of the meta inmate population and I will gladly endorse such a program," is how he would usually end his conversations.
